Reporting possible side effects
If you are taking a medicine and experience any side effects, you should immediately report these to your doctor, to another healthcare professional (such as a nurse or carer) or to the company that produced your medicine.

Likewise, if you are prescribing a medicine and become aware of any side effects, you should immediately report these to the company that produced the medicine.

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) can be contacted through its Yellow Card reporting system.
