Pfizer UK will provide subscription access to the Ledidi Core platform, a cloud-based service which is an all-in-one platform for collecting, structuring, analysing and visualising data in a GDPR compliant platform, with a built-in mechanism of collaboration.
The platform allows for the creation of registries, research projects and multi-centre collaborations with real time statistical analytics. The sharing of data between collaborators is controlled by the lead Trust and the platform does not limit the number of projects/registries/collaborations.
Here is a brief 4-minute video that provides an overview of the Ledidi platform's functionality:
Below is a selection of institutions currently using the Ledidi Core platform to run local, national, and international registries:
-
European Polyp Surveillance study; Spain, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Austria, and Portugal
-
Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust
-
Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, New York, USA
-
The International Liver Database Consortium. Boston University, Boston, USA
-

The Pfizer donation:
-
Access to the Ledidi Core platform for 36 months
-
The subscription will start once the healthcare professional (HCP) on behalf of NHS Trust has created their account with Ledidi
-
Ledidi offers personalised onboarding of the users, including data privacy support with Trust institution IT systems, within a reasonable scope
-
Ledidi will also provide up to two hours of science support (study design, data analysis, real-time analytics, collaboration tools)
-
Ledidi will ensure that they continue to provide support of the platform for the 36 month duration
Neither Pfizer Ltd nor Ledidi will have access to, or be privy to, any data entered onto the site. The Trust remains the data owners and all anonymised patient information remains the property of the Trust. Ledidi will maintain their strict privacy requirements within GDPR.
Any sharing of data by the Trust is through their own collaborations either within or outside of the platform, and Ledidi is required to maintain adherence to data privacy laws.
NHS hospitals or NHS service providers within the UK that manage patients with migraine or headache disorders may submit an application. From May 2026, approximately 25 subscriptions are available. Allocation will be made on a first‑come, first‑served basis, subject to the criteria outlined below:
-
The HCP within the service manages patients with migraine and/or headache disorders
-
There is at least one identified team member responsible for supporting delivery of the audit, including local data protection and IT requirements
-
The service demonstrates the capacity and willingness to complete the audit within an agreed timeframe
-
The service indicates an intention to share learning or best practice outcomes through appropriate local or national channels (e.g. publication or congress presentation)
For further information on the data privacy and security of the Ledidi Core platform please refer to the following links. Links to external websites are provided as a resource to the viewer. These websites are neither owned nor controlled by Pfizer Ltd. Pfizer accepts no responsibility for the content or services of the linked site.
All applications will be reviewed in order of application date and time on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all available subscriptions to the Toolkit have been allocated the application portal will close. If a large number of applications are received all at once then the application portal may close until the backlog of applications is reviewed, or until all subscriptions to the Toolkit are allocated, whichever occurs first.
All applications will be reviewed by an internal Pfizer medical review panel. Once you have submitted a request, we will also share further information regarding Ledidi Core. Additional clarification during the review period may be requested. All applicants will be notified via email regarding the outcome of their request, upon completion of the internal review process.
If your application is approved, your institution will be required to enter into a written agreement with Pfizer Ltd. In the event of a successful application, core terms of the agreement will be provided at a later date. Upfront disclosure of the donation provided by Pfizer Ltd will be required by each recipient hospital or service provider.
