The Winners

Medopad - a platform to help patients capture and share their experience and outcomes of care from trials to the clinic.

"It's been exciting to work with the Healthcare Hub to further develop our knowledge of the industry and take on the learnings from one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Pfizer have helped us to not only further assess commercial opportunities but also re-align regarding operational strategy. We believe the Hub would be valuable for any company at the start of their journey within digital health."

Inhealthcare - enables the NHS to deliver more care outside of hospitals to reduce pressures on overstretched NHS services.

“Pfizer's insight into the marketplace and guidance as to how to navigate the complexities of the NHS have been invaluable. As an SME it is sometimes very difficult to know where to focus your limited resources. Pfizer's staff have a wealth of knowledge and have been willing to share their experiences and provide guidance which has been extremely helpful.”

Perfect Ward - a simple inspection tool to enable NHS teams to monitor and track their performance against CQC criteria.

“It’s been great working with the Pfizer team as part of the Healthcare Hub. Their understanding of healthcare has helped shape our thinking as we scale up, and we’ve gained a huge amount from working with the different experts we’ve met. The breadth and depth of experience that Pfizer have is world-leading, and the ability to access that is something we would never be able to do on our own.”

Each of the winners received 12-months support from the Hub, including access to Pfizer’s network of experts and healthcare partners, a personalised programme of mentoring, consulting and support for marketing and collaborating, as well as access to the £50,000 grant fund.
