Pfizer NHS Training Solutions is a national team of Training Consultants, working with NHS organisations across the UK to deliver training and development workshops.

Our consultants are accredited in Belbin, Insights, Situational Leadership II and Myers Briggs, and have a wealth of experience of working with Clinicians and Healthcare Managers from across Primary and Secondary care. Through the delivery of effective workshops the team help the NHS introduce the changes needed to maximise the development of its staff, services and organisations.
