Business Approaches for Clinical Improvement

The Business Approaches for Clinical Improvement (BACI) programme is a series of modules that has been developed by Pfizer as a Medical and Educational Goods and Service (MEGS). The programme has been designed to help NHS organisations to understand, promote and assess their service.

 

The modules are delivered by Pfizer Account Managers at ½ day workshops.

The programme is made up of 5 modules that can be delivered separately:

  • Understanding my Service - The aim of this workshop is to provide healthcare organisations with the tools and guidance to effectively analyse and map out key service stakeholders. 
  • Assess my Service - The aim of this workshop is to provide healthcare organisations with the tools and guidance required to assess a service.
  • Promote my Service - The aim of this workshop is to support healthcare organisations understanding of the stages involved in developing a promotional campaign for a service.
  • Commercial Acumen – The aim of this workshop is to support healthcare organisations to develop tools and techniques to optimise commercial interactions and learn how to develop an effective business case.
  • Improving my Service - The aim of this workshop is to support healthcare organisations to identify areas for improvements in existing services.
