- This workshop is suitable for all healthcare professionals and managers.


- Delegates will learn and develop skills that will enable them to drive positive outcomes from discussions and meetings with others within and outside their own organisations. Delegates will understand the need to recognise the objectives of other groups involved in negotiations and be able to identify a way forward that will benefit all parties.
