The Pain Relief Foundation funds research into the causes of human chronic pain of all types. It works to find methods of curing such conditions and also seeks to develop new and improved methods of treating chronic pain. The Foundation also conducts the training and education of health professionals at all levels, in chronic pain treatment, and provides an information service to doctors world-wide. In addition, the Foundation provides an information service to people living with pain, supported by an information leaflet service.
Pfizer donation of £3,400 to the Foundation which was used to support the Foundation’s IT and website costs and the production of patient information leaflets.
